Terms and Conditions: Free Delivery and Installation

1. Appliances Installation.

1.1. Connection can be carried out to an existing standard domestic appliance water connection situated within one metre of the appliances location and to a suitable existing 13 amp socket within reach of the appliance’s power lead.
1.2. Included in the connection will be the removal of transit brackets and a test of the appliance.
1.3. The delivery team will be unable to connect your new appliance if:
1.3.1. The old machine is not disconnected.
1.3.2. Any electrical/plumbing supplies needed fail the delivery team’s testing or are considered unsuitable.
1.3.3. Any water supply needed cannot be isolated or is unsuitable.
1.3.4. Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unsuitable.
1.3.5. Mechanical adjustments are required to the appliance(s) to overcome such things as water pressure problems.
1.3.6. Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical wiring are required
1.3.7. The appliance requires "Hard Wiring"
1.3.8. Alterations are required to existing cupboards and cabinets.

1.3.9. Removal of kickboards.
1.3.10. The connection is to extended pipe work
1.4. We do not install gas appliances or cooker hoods.

1.5. Requests of additional services, such as Disposal of Old Appliances, Door Reversals or other addon's to a purchase must be selected prior completing checkout.

1.5.1. If you wish to cancel or add an additional service, this must be done 24hr before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse - in some cases cancelling or adding additional services may delay your delivery.

1.5.2. Additional services such as Door Reversals will only be carried out in our warehouse, this is to avoid damage, provide our team with adequate space and have all the necessary tools available.

2. TV Installation

2.1. Here’s what we will do

2.1.1. Disconnect the existing TV, unpack and check your new TV and stand.
2.1.2. Set up your new TV and auto tune the TV to the available channels.
2.1.3.If you have bought a stand, we’ll assemble it or install the TV on existing compatible wall brackets (based on the engineers discretion), providing this has been arranged prior Order Confirmation.
2.1.4. Connect your TV to other devices such as a Blu-ray player and games console. (Make sure you have the necessary cables: SCART, AVI HDMI etc.)
2.1.5. Take away your old TV and packaging for recycling if you’d like us to.
2.2. What we don’t do:
2.2.1. We won’t install new wall brackets and mount the TV. However, we can organise to do so.
2.2.2. We will not setup a network connection to your router. However, we can organise to do so.

3. Important Installation Information

3.1. We will arrange an installation date with you.

3.2. Installation date will be confirmed to you via email.

4. American Fridge Freezer and Range Cookers require a 3rd Party Delivery Service, which is chargeable – Please use the add-on at time of purchase if you require this service.

4.1 You can make arrangement for your goods to be collected by your own appointed 3rd Party Delivery Service.

4.1.2 Your appointed 3rd Party Delivery Service will be responsible for checking the goods on collection and signing them as good, any responsibility for damages will be on the onus of your appointed company/persons.

4.1.3 We only take payment for a standard delivery for the 3rd Party Delivery Service. If extra time is required to delivery the unit or doors require to be removed, the 3rd Party Delivery Service may bill you directly for the additional time spent.

4.1.4 The 3rd Party Delivery Service will attend to any plumbing or electrical works, including the connection of plumbed in units, such as an American Fridge Freezer. This will be your responsibility to arrange a suitable contractor to carry out these works.
