The Fortuna Rewards program (“Program”) is designed to help you get the most out of being a valued Fortuna customer! We reward you for doing things you already do. Shop on fortunajersey.com (the “Site”), follow Fortuna on social media and refer friends to shop at fortunajersey.com. Best of all, the points you earn can be used to redeem cash discounts online and more! Introducing friends with a Free £10 Off Gift rewards you too! Once your referred friend makes a purchase you will be rewarded with a £10 Off Discount Code per referral.

The following Rewards terms and conditions (these “Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Rewards Terms and Conditions carefully. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Site Terms and Conditions shall consist of acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and FortunaJersey. And will govern you participation in any and all Program offers.

 

Being eligible for the Program entitles member (“Members”) to take advantage of certain Program Rewards (“Rewards”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by FortunaJersey in its sole discretion. FortunaJersey reserves the right to modify these Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of the Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Upon notice, FortunaJersey may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward.

 

Program Period

This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by FortunaJersey (the “Program Period”).

Eligibility

To become a Member of the Program, you simply need to have registered for a FortunaJersey account at https://fortunajersey.com/login.php?action=create_account You do not need to have a subscription to earn Points in the Program.

Earning Fortuna Points

Once you have become a Member, you can begin racking up Fortuna Points (“Points”) in the following ways:

• Making Online Purchases – every time you purchase an item from the Site, you will earn 1 Point for every £1 spent (including tax).
• Follow our Social Media – liking and following FortunaJersey Social Media will gain you Points.

Upon notice, FortunaJersey reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability to Member, all or part of the Points value structure and offers and any merchandise or service. FortunaJersey reserves the right to adjudicate all Points discrepancies in its sole discretion, and the Members agree to abide by any such adjudication. You can check your Fortuna Points, using the Rewards button in the bottom left of your screen.

Points are only issued once the sale is complete and goods have been collected or delivered. You will receive an email to confirm this.

FortunaJersey Points Redemption

The more points you collect the more they are worth! Please check the redemptions available using the Rewards button in the bottom left of your screen.

To redeem your Points, simply go to the Rewards button and redeem your Points.

This will provide you with Cash Discount Codes to use at checkout.

Refunds and Returns

Any items returned and refunded will result in the loss of Points acquired in the original transaction.

Any Points used to redeem a Cash Discount and used purchase a returned and Refunded item will be issued back to your points in their original state.

FortunaJersey Points Minimums and Maximum

You cannot redeem Points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash.

FortunaJersey Points Expiration

All Points earned will not expire.

Fortuna Refer Rewards

You will receive Cash Discount Codes to use on the Site, once your referred friend’s purchase has been delivered.

The Gift for your Friend must be for a transaction over £200.00

All Referral Rewards and Gifts cannot be exchanged for Cash.

Termination

FortunaJersey may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward. FortunaJersey may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. FortunaJersey reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if FortunaJersey deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Rewards Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behaviour or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of FortunaJersey to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision FortunaJersey makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. FortunaJersey shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Release

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the par of FortunaJersey, by participating in the Program, Member release FortunaJersey, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Rewards.
